Agree with the ratings except for Souza. He was colossal yesterday. His performance summed up late in the second half when Watford broke and he sprinted back nearly the entire length of the pitch to intercept the Watford player in our penalty area. My motm and an 8. Yes, Anel had a very good game too.

And agree about Moore. I've read elsewhere he did some good stuff. But I thought he had a shocker. Free header from a corner early second half which he tamely headed into the goalies hands. Performance summed up by missed pen. Weak and indecisive. However, I feel he will get better. I'm not sure the present system suits him. Looks like he needs someone upfront to play off him as he holds the ball up well. Reminds me of McBurnie with defensive headers. A valuable asset of his game.

Think Moore is playing too much like the striker McBurnie was rather than what he is. But you're right, would hope he'll get up to speed with time. He's certainly getting the odd chance every game, and that's a good sign. [Sam]

Think unfortunately his two best moments were tainted by how they finished: it was excellent play on the left by him to pick out Arblaster for the penalty, and a decent bit of skill to drive to the box and fool a defender. That’s why I think even taking into account the RR scale, 3 seems quite harsh. Having seen it again it’s a decent save for the penalty rather than a terrible effort.

Bloke behind me at the game was giving him pelters for being too static, but Moore actually made a lot of runs where nobody picked him out. A fairer description of his performance would I think be a mixed bag rather than “terrible”.

Disagree with Souza he set the tempo for us more than Arblaster. Calm and composed on the ball, I think he only gave it away once towards the end after he got cramp. His passing was excellent, from chipping balls over opponents feet in a tight corner to weighted passes across the field. He also won loads of tackles and dabbled in the dark arts. But all opinions of course.

Anel was definitely behind Souza, that tackle he made really got the crowd bouncing. I think we are still scarred from last season and it might take a bit to get the lane back to it's old self.

As for Moore it wasn't the worst pen but his body gave it away from him with how he shot but a good save still. Feel like he ends up on the wings too much as well. Think he will do his part but worried about the lack of depth up top. Great win any way UTB
