Andrew Hague takes a look at what caught his eye in the world of United-based online fan content from the final two months of the season
STOKE
The Blades started the month in fifth place, and following a two-week international break hopes were high that a refreshed United would come out swinging against mid-table Stoke City.
Unfortunately, this didn’t materialise and the sold-out away end was given very little cheer as we slumped to a 1-0 defeat. There was one positive to take away, though: disgusted with United’s performance, Deadbat from the irreverent Blades podcast “The Tufty Club" decided to turn to alcohol. This led to the greatest podcast episode of the year as an angry drunk man in a huge coat let it all out. Below is my personal highlights reel from the show.
