Over the past ten months, we’ve covered almost every inch of a wince-inducing season, and let’s face it, results ain’t been pretty.
Still, this is a labour of love and we bloody love it. But the time has come for a short break — just a few weeks to collect our thoughts, re-energise and return with more and better content, some new faces and a long-in-the-works podcast.
It’s been a pleasure to publish so much great work by so many great writers. And we’d like to thank the thousands of people who subscribe to The Pinch, especially the paid subscribers, who make all of this possible. We pay our writers. That isn’t exactly common in the football content world, and we can only keep that up with your support: a paid subscription costs £4.50 a month.
Anyhow, the summer’s going to be a busy one. We’ll be back soon to capture it all in words, pictures and audio.
